Vanuatu is a group of 83 islands in the South West Pacific,
located North East of New Caledonia, and North West of Fiji. Vanuatu islands archipelago is
surrounded by Solomon Islands on the north-west, Fiji islands in the south-east and New Caledonia on the
south-west.
Australia and New Zealand are also located in this region, but are
more considered to be part of what's called Australasia, or the Southern hemisphere countries. Most of visitors

Island
Efate Island is the main administrative island
of Vanuatu, where Vanuatu's capital Port Vila is also located. Efate has a land area of approximately 1000 sq

Being the gateway to Vanuatu islands, Efate is the most visited

Bauerfield
Airport
The main Vanuatu airport is Bauerfield International Airport, not far
from Port Vila, on Efate Island. It's the main gateway to Vanuatu archipelago.
Upon your arrival at Bauerfield International Airport, the Worawia
Courtesy Bus will be waiting to deliver you to the resort which is only 10 minutes away. Other bookable courtesy
bus services can be arranged at Worawia's reception.

Temperatures
Remembering that Vanuatu is in the Southern Hemisphere (it is Winter
here when it is Summer in the Northern Hemisphere), the climate of Vanuatu is generally tropical temperate with
rainfall averaging about 235 centimeters (90 inches) annually.

Typical Vanuatu temperature ranges are:
Summer:
December - March
(temperature range 21°C - 33°C)
Autumn: April - June
(temperature range 19°C - 29°C)
Winter: July - September
(temperature range 15°C - 26°C)
Spring: October - November
(temperature range 18°C - 30°C)
